Happy New Year
Happy New Year
It is not uncommon, on an early morning walk around Bangor seafront, to find the discarded remnants of the previous nights revelries. This empty Moët & Chandon champagne bottle, found at the Long Hole LinkExternal link , was a little more upmarket than the usual discoveries.
The Long Hole

Also known as the 'Big Hole', this small harbour in Bangor, now silted up and disused, was created when stone was quarried out in the 19th Century.
