Port - Derelict cottage in deserted fishing village
Port is a deserted fishing village at end of road at the base of the Slievetooey Mountains northeast of Glencolumbkille and northwest of Meenacross.
PS: I was advised on 2009-10-31 that this was the home of James & Margaret McGinley. They had at least three children (Patrick, Annie (also known as Nancy), & Dennis). Annie (Nancy) was born in this house in 1845. An American, Rockwell Kent, documented life in this area in his book "Of Men & Mountains".
