The weir gates were open today allowing the Lagan to become fully tidal between the Lagan Weir and the Stranmillis Weir J3470 : The Stranmillis Weir, Belfast (5). This was the scene approximately 90 minutes after low water Belfast. The muddy bank has been exposed to view. J3474 : Queen's Quay (part), Belfast shows the “normal” water level.
