See J3374 : Royston House windows, Belfast. Another of the buildings with concrete-panel cladding. Completed in 1972 (the architects were Kennedy & FitzGerald) and occupied as “Dial House” by BT until the move to Laganside J3474 : The BT Tower, Belfast. Refurbished and re-named. Built on the site of Henry Bros linen warehouse which had been badly damaged by a bomb. On the corner of Upper Queen Street and Wellington Place (this view).
