J3374 : Vacant building, Belfast

Vacant building, Belfast
This vacant building, in Kent Street, together with an adjacent car park, is part of a site proposed for redevelopment as a nine-storey apartment block (it can be seen at middle left in J3374 : Kent Street, Belfast). It seems that it was once part of the stabling for Bairds’ (the printers) horses used to deliver the Belfast Telegraph J3374 : Disused doorway, Belfast.
Kent Street/North Street development site, Belfast
A site, off Royal Avenue, Belfast with, I understand, planning permission for the following: “2006/2766/F Site fronts onto 157-161 North Street and onto 40-44 Kent Street, Belfast (Readvertisement) Demolition of all buildings on site and the construction of a mixed use scheme to include retail on ground floor and 97no. apartments with associated carparking. (Amended Scheme).”
The photographs submitted by me are a matter of record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the development or any opinion, for or against, the proposal.
