The existing Public Records Office for Northern Ireland J3270 : Public records office Northern Ireland is in a residential area, with limited car parking and remote from the city centre. In truth it was a bit of a relic from the 1960’s. This is the new building in the Titanic Quarter. Due to open in mid-2011. The new buildings cover a range of uses including apartments, offices, hotel, a college, the Public Record Office for Northern Ireland and the “Titanic Belfast”.
