Train at Tullamore station
The driver of a CIE 001 class locomotive collects the single line staff from the signalman at Tullamore. This passenger train is from either Galway or Westport and is heading for Dublin. A new island platform has since been added on the left, while manual signalling ended at Tullamore in 1976.
