S0309 : The Gap

taken 18 years ago, 5 km SE of Clogheen, Co Tipperary, Ireland

The Gap
The Gap
Important pass across the Knockmealdown Mountains from above, on the Sugarloaf Hill side of the pass. The erosion scar runs down the Tipperary - Waterford border and the pass was busy, being used by Cork fans on their way to Thurles for the Munster hurling final... They won.
