A large house at the corner of Dundela Crescent J3774 : Dundela Crescent, Belfast (right) currently offered for sale. The agent’s website describes it as “Full planning permission (ref. no. Z/2007/1980/F) were granted on 12th February 2008 for demolition of the existing dwelling and erection of six 2 bed apartments. The apartments are arranged in one block and have been designed to appear as a single detached dwelling, in a similar style to the adjoining properties situated on Dundela Avenue. A Planning Appeal decision was granted on 17th May 2010 for ‘Alteration to planning approval Z/2007/1980/F to provide additional living accommodation’ which in effect increased the size of the individual apartments to 650 sq ft. The proposed apartments are two bed units with open plan kitchen / diner and living room arranged over ground and two upper floors with bathroom and separate shower room. There are six off street car parking spaces.”
