Farmland, Clandeboye, Bangor
Farmland, Clandeboye, Bangor
Farmland (which I think is part of the Clandeboye estate) on the southern side of Clandeboye Way. Very much typical of the area – low drumlins with clumps of woodland.
Clandeboye Way, Bangor/Newtownards :: J4777

A series of photographs of and along Clandeboye Way. Clandeboye Way is the continuation of Clandeboye Avenue (Helen’s Bay) LinkExternal link from the Bangor - Belfast road to Whitespots Country Park/The Lead mines, Newtownards crossing the Crawfordsburn Road on the way.
It passes the Clandeboye estate and the Blackwood golf course (built on estate land). The 1:50,000 map still shows part of it under the name “Clandeboye Avenue”. At the time of writing this shared description (18 April 2012) the Google map shows the Crawfordsburn Road as “Estate Road”.
