My understanding is that planning permission was given in September 2009 for the following “261 Hillhall Road, Hillhall (Readvertisement) Development of hotel and spa facility with associated car parking and landscaping. (Amended Scheme)” - S/2008/0304/F. This photograph appears as a matter of record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the development.
