The opening dates for the Macmine Jct – Waterford North railway are as follows: Macmine Jct – Mackmine 1873, Mackmine – Palace East 1870, Palace East – New Ross 1887, New Ross – Waterford 1904. The closure dates are Macmine Jct – New Ross 1963, New Ross – Waterford 1963 (passengers) and 1995 when the last goods train ran. This collection shows New Ross station on 6 July 1999.
