Castles of Leinster: Ballyhealy, Wexford (1)
The Cheevers family held Ballyhealy from the C13 until the mid-C17. Their tower has in modern times been restored as a residence with a rebuilt parapet incorporating the old corner lookouts. The tower is of 5 storeys with a south facing entrance, and has a latrine chute on the NE side.
