The existing Queen’s Rowing Club Link boathouse (believed to have been built in 1976), on the Lockview Road, has the following planning permission: “20/02/2015 Z/2014/1240/F Queen's University Boat House Lockview Road Belfast BT9 5EJ Proposed extension to existing rowing club to provide additional boat storage, installation of new floating pontoon and erection of new 2.4m high site boundary fencing/gates”.
