Trwyn Llwyd across Porthsychan
The peninsula east of Strumble Head is known as Trwyn Llwyd, literally "grey nose" for obvious reasons. It is seen here across the small rocky inlet to its east, Porthsychan ("dry harbour"). This cove may have been a good landing place at one time given the sheltering effect of the headland and the relatively easy access to the shore.
