Illaunnabarnagh
Illaunnabarnagh
Illaunnabarnagh and Mucklaghmore are a pair of isolated islands in Tralee Bay, about 5 and 6 kilometres respectively west of Banna Strand, and about 7 and 6 kilometres respectively north east of the Magharees Peninsula. In this view from the top of the sand dunes on Banna Strand, Illaunnabarnagh is the low cluster of rocky islets on the right, while Mucklaghmore in Q6822 is the much larger island further out to sea on the left.

Please see Q6822 : Mucklaghmore for another view of the islands from a different viewpoint.
