Now (August 2016) with a sold sign and the subject of two applications for planning permission “LA04/2016/1552/F Three storey rear extension to existing building (classification A2) together with associated car parking, including elevational changes 20 Windsor Avenue Belfast BT9 6EG” and “LA04/2016/1569/DCA Demolition of part internal and external walls as indicated on the floor plans 20 Windsor Avenue Belfast BT9 6EY”.
The property is not (at 14 August 2016) on the official list of listed buildings.
