No 2 Ventry Street, Belfast (January 2017)
After a period vacant the building has now been let.
No 2 Ventry Street, Belfast

A former house, much altered and converted for commercial use, which seems to have been built between 1880 and 1900. The agents’ website (18 August 2013) describes it as “The subject property comprises of a three storey mid terrace premises and is secured to the front by way of a roller shutter. Internally it comprises of ground, first and second floor accommodation with kitchen and WC facilities. The property requires refurbishment” and records that it was “sold at auction”. The photographs submitted by me appear as a matter of geographical and historical record only. I have no connection with anyone involved in the sale or any possible future redevelopment.
