An almost-abandoned site now with a “sold” sign - front-page news in the local paper a few weeks ago.
"The Priory" development site, Holywood

A proposed development of apartments, at the corner of Stewart’s Place and High Street, on a site occupied by the former “Olde Priory Inn” and the semi-derelict “Maryville House”. At the time of writing (October 2013) the joint agents were inviting enquiries based on an architects’ impression and the following description “A fabulous development of contemporary apartments ranging from approx 700 - 1,400 sq ft with lifts to all floors. Sea views from the upper floors”.
All photographs submitted by me appear as a matter of geographical and historical record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the development and sale.
