Castle Semple Collegiate Church
Founded by John, Lord Sempill in 1504 as the church to serve his nearby castle. He was killed at the Battle of Flodden in 1513 and the church was extended at that time in order to house his tomb. The building is a Scheduled Monument [LinkExternal link].
