D2036 : Loughareema (Vanishing Lake)
4 km from Torr, Ireland

Loughareema (Vanishing Lake)
Alongside the Ballycastle/Cushendall road. A lonely and mysterious moorland lough which is sometimes called the "Vanishing Lake" from its habit of disappearing suddenly as if "someone has pulled out the plug" only to fill up again after heavy rain.
