Tagging for shared description

Instead of having to add 'grade II listed' tags to individual photos, for example, make it possible to tag shared descriptions.

Toggles on search and browser sorting pages to decide if these tags get 'inherited' by the photos for search purposes, or if only the shared description is returned.

Why people think this would be a good idea... · Shared Descriptios are often used a sort of tagging function, grouping photos together. The two systems are not interlinked, so images go without tags. This would unify the two systems. by Barry Hunter
