Increase maximum upload file size

To keep up with increase in file sizes on newer cameras. (Not necessarily store larger sizes but allow upload without end user having to edit)

Why people think this would be a good idea... · I spend ages reducing resolution 200pixels at a time to get below the 8G limit. Geograph is my gift to the country. I want the best quality I have to be available after I am dead. by Bob Harvey
