During the summer the moat of the Tower had been converted to a wildflower display called Superbloom to celebrate the late Queen's platinum jubilee. The display was nearly over but still gave an idea of what it must have been like when at it's best
We returned to Tower Hill station to journey to Baker Street for a visit to St Marylebone Parish Church. My wife's four times great grandfather was christened in this church a couple of years after it was opened in the early 1800s
