The park, and the photos below, are arranged in chronological order starting from hunter gatherers around 7000 B.C. going through to a Norman castle 12th Century A.D. Text against the photos below gives the date of the item reproduced; click on the photo to enlarge the photo and see a fuller description, mainly taken from captions at the site. Exhibits in the park are reproductions of the various huts, camps, stones, burial chambers, etc. |
