Panoramas

CURRENTLY UNLOCKED:Please don't submit thin slivers (see first example below) and only genuine panoramas - i.e. wide or tall views, as opposed to simple large ones. (see second and third examples). Panoramas can be controversial in geograph circles but I'll keep to the straight and narrow with a pick of 52 of my favourites. The gallery is strictly subjective and I have omitted the most extremely wide ones as they appear as such thin slivers! I have excluded some beauts like these: and which are not panoramas in the sense of images where the proportions are definitely more elongated than 6x4. From this selection, some viewers will see the power of panoramas to convey the "thisness" of a square.
