Geo-Trips :: Swine Town? Swing Town
Swindon
A walk from the railway station, Thu, 14 Jul 2022 by Basher Eyre
To my first "in the flesh" meeting of Geograph Hunters since March 2019 Not too much flesh, you understand, were Geographers not Naturists. How could I not come to Swindon but by train. From there, I headed into the town, through the shopping area to the war memorial, down Crombey Road, round to STEAM then back to the station.
Click the blue circles to see a photograph taken from that spot and read further information about the location. The blue lines indicate the direction of view. There is also a slideshow of this trip. ( )
