The locomotive was saved by Sir Billy Butlin and was an attraction at one of his parks before being bought by the Princess Royal Locomotive Trust who also own Duchess of Sutherland, 80098 and 80080. The locomotive looks like it's in steam but it has a burning rag in the smokebox.
SK4151 : Brittain Pit, Butterley Visible between the backstays is a black lump that are the mortal remains of a steam winch, later converted to electric drive. It's one of the more vestigial steam engines to survive but there are some consisting of even less.
