Carnedd Llewelyn is the 2nd highest peak in Snowdonia at 3,484 feet and on this particular day was covered in a thin layer of snow and a thick layer of frost. The temperature was around -8 degrees C and the wind was blowing from the east making it a particularly cold day. Perfect conditions for winter walking. Some faint figures can be seen descending from the summit.
