taken 48 years ago, near to Belfast, Co Antrim, Northern Ireland

Pedestrian sign, Belfast
Pedestrian sign, Belfast
This sign, at Castle Junction, was a bit of a novelty when erected – after all the locals knew where the places were and there were very few tourists in those days. The Post Office has been demolished to make way for the Castle Court J3374 : Former Grand Central Hotel, Belfast and York Road J3475 : York Road station, Belfast (2) to make way for the M3. For a later version see J3374 : Pedestrian direction sign, Royal Avenue, Belfast (January 2018).
