Nos 110-140 North Street, Belfast (proposed redevelopment)
A site, bounded by North Street, Gresham Street and Winetavern Street, currently (July 2018) comprising a vacant building and a vacant site used as a public car park.
There is a pre-planning public consultation about a proposed redevelopment to include office/workshop space and renovation of the existing building.
