River Severn / Afon Hafren
River Severn / Afon Hafren
At the end of the board walk from Rhyd-y-benwch the deep pool at the foot of the Cascades was used by generations of shepherds for washing their sheep. On the far bank, amidst the Lodgepole pines, are the remains of an old sheep pen.
