Trinity Church and Derby Street, Leek.
Trinity Church and Derby Street, Leek.
Trinity Church (Methodist and United Reformed) stands in a prominent position on Derby Street, on the corner with Russell Street. It was originally the Congregational Church in Leek, and was designed by the celebrated local architect William Larner Sugden in 1863. Recently given an Eco-Congregation Award, Trinity makes use of its central location to offer space to the community for many activities. It also possesses a fine 3-manual Jardine organ dating back to 1857 (formerly in another church.)
