The western side J3474 : The River Lagan, Belfast of the Lagan has changed beyond recognition during the last 16 years J3474 : The Laganbank Road, Belfast (1). This (eastern) side has changed by the demolition of the old Sirocco Works and will change further, over the next ten (or so), as work progresses on the Sirocco Quays development J3473 : Sirocco Quays, Belfast. The view is downstream from the Albert Bridge.
