Cairns on Carman Muir

On Carman Muir, near the foot of Carman Hill, there is a cluster of three grass-covered ancient cairns: see LinkExternal link at WoSAS for details, and LinkExternal link for an annotated satellite view centred on them (the cairns are indicated there by green marker pins labelled "Cairn 1/2/3"). A similar cairn stands alone to the west: see LinkExternal link at WoSAS for details, and LinkExternal link for the same satellite map, but centred on that cairn (green marker pin labelled "Cairn 4").
