Traffic Chaos, Oxford St
With East Bridge Street closed owing to a bomb scare - East Belfast traffic is being diverted onto May Street and either down Cromac Street and the Ormeau Road or back over the Queen's Bridge and the Short Strand. Police are on hand to deal with the queue. The new towers at Donegall Quay can be seen in the background.
