See J3374 : Gas showroom, Belfast. The former gas showroom (now a butcher’s) stands in none too splendid isolation at the corner of Gresham Street J3374 : Gresham Street, Belfast and North Street J3374 : North Street, Belfast.
Nos 110-140 North Street, Belfast (proposed redevelopment)
A site, bounded by North Street, Gresham Street and Winetavern Street, currently (July 2018) comprising a vacant building and a vacant site used as a public car park.
There is a pre-planning public consultation about a proposed redevelopment to include office/workshop space and renovation of the existing building.
