All Hallows Church, Goodmanham
The church of All Hallows at Goodmanham stands in an elevated position and is characterised by its stubby tower and walls some 3 feet thick. It dates back to 1130, with numerous additions and alterations ensuing until the 16th century, and is said to have been built on the site of a pagan temple.
