River Suir from Reginald's Tower, Waterford

On a wet day I was glad that it happened to be Heritage Week and entry to the tower was free - and glad that the exhibits on Waterford's Viking and Norman history and the towers and walls was interesting. The photo shows the walkway along the quay and a jetty for small boats.
