Princes Buildings, Belfast
Princes Buildings, Belfast
An otherwise unremarkable building in lower Ann Street save for this detail over the main entrance and being occupied by Jamison and Green Limited, suppliers to yachtsmen and the building trade for more than 100 years. The present building replaced another at 106-112 Ann Street. That one included an occupant with the address of 110˝ Ann Street. There was also a Princes Chambers in Ann Street between Church Lane and Victoria Street.
Princes Buildings, 102-108 Ann Street, Belfast

An occupied (September 2013) building, built in the early part of the 20th century, at 102-108 Ann Street, Belfast advertised for sale and described in the agents’ brochure as “Due To Relocation Prime Redevelopment Opportunity (Subject to Planning)”. The sale also includes listed premises at no 7 Donegall Quay. The photographs submitted by me appear as a matter of record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the sale.
