I took this as a comparison to a photo taken in the mid 1960s (it was still open for goods by then). The line is heading off with a Hunslet diesel coming towards the photographer with an empty sand train. To the right is the old oil siding used for oil trains to supply oil fields during the war. The level crossing is out but the photographer was standing at the gate.
To see the picture it is no. 105 in the Tivetshall to Beccles book by Middleton Press.

Also of note is the signal box foundations to the left.
