ST8373 : Boiler at Rag Mill

taken 14 years ago, near to Slaughterford, Wiltshire, England

Boiler at Rag Mill
Boiler at Rag Mill
Disused iron boiler at Rag Mill, a few metres north of the By Brook in Slaughterford. Rag Mill is a ruined paper mill, now in woodland, south west of the centre of the village. This is possibly a Cornish boiler for raising steam, and features an unusual dome.
