NJ9109 : "Summer House" for Woodside House

taken 14 years ago, near to Northfield, Aberdeen, Scotland

"Summer House" for Woodside House
"Summer House" for Woodside House
Archaeological Notes from LinkExternal link describes this as a possible summer house for Woodfield House. Of particular interest to me is the fact that the north facing wall has a loophole inserted during WW2 as a means of defence, presumably to help protect the nearby Persley Bridge that can be seen in the background.
