The River Tame flows from beneath the canal aqueduct; the picture was taken from a narrowboat on the Birmingham and Fazeley Canal crossing the aqueduct. I was astonished how little water was in the river, considering the amount of rain which had fallen during the previous few days. Strengthening of the south bank of the river has been done by the car park provide with new industrial business units off to the right. Also to the right is a bit of a backwater of the river which extends about 250 metres. The M6 motorway dominates the landscape, having just come through "Spaghetti Junction" a short distance to the west.
