Mudlarkers Statue
Unveiled at the Hard, Portsea on Friday 26th March 2010 this bronze statue of the "Mudlarkers" commemorating the childhood experiences of many members of the Portsea community and their "hard" times. Children would entertain passers-by performing in the mud flats off The Hard for any spare coins and cash.
And you can see the Victory right of centre. Also the hanger which houses the Mary Rose is here somewhere but I can't work out which building it is . . . somewhere to the right of the Victory I think.
