Windmill at Seatown, Dundalk
Windmill at Seatown, Dundalk
There was a water mill on a site nearby since medieval times, fed by the Rampart River. This seven-storey windmill is not shown on the Clanbrassil estate map of Dundalk of c. 1785 but is depicted on the 1836 O.S. survey.
