The edge of Skeleton Wood can be seen in the background.

Fritton Marsh drainage mill is situated on the north bank of the River Waveney in the Fritton Marshes. The brick tower has been tarred black and a corrugated iron pitched roof has replaced a derelict boat-shaped cap.

This view was taken from the path along the River Waveney. The river is adjoined by commercial reed beds on both sides.
