Foundry inscription, Belfast
Only just noticed this one today. The “Sun Foundry” inscription on the lamppost on the northern side of the Queen’s Bridge, Donegall Quay end. The others don’t seem to have one.

The ornate “fish” lampposts, on the Queen’s Bridge, Belfast were cast by the Sun Foundry, Glasgow - probably in 1885 or 1886. Still in use but no longer providing the main lighting.
