Fusing shelter - HMS Merganser
Fusing shelter - HMS Merganser
HMS Merganser, otherwise known as Crimond Airfield, was a Royal Naval air station, operational as a training establishment between 1944 and 1946. This photograph shows the shelter where the munitions were armed. Fuses were kept separate from munitions for obvious reasons.
