Ruined Kirkton Cottage
Ruined Kirkton Cottage
Kirkton Cottage was built in the 1850's and last occupied in the 1930's when the occupants used to sell tea and cake to hillwalkers. I have never managed to find a photograph of the building when it stood intact and I'd be very interested in receiving further information if anyone has anything of interest. Bell's Hill is in the background.
